This event's purpose is to update growers who utilize farm labor, both domestic and foreign, about the recent changes to H-2A programs and farm labor laws due to the Final Rule. Presenters include:- NC Department of Commerce on the impact of the Final Rule and SOC Code Changes on farming operations who utilize domestic and foreign labor
- U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) on wage updates for the H-2A program
- N.C. Cooperative Extension on the Farmworker Health and Safety Program resources
