NC State Alternative Crops Specialist Dr. David Suchoff and Organic Crops Associate Hannah Moshay will speak at this field day to feature the management of these crops and how they can fit into your operation. Industry partners involved in the production, processing, and marketing of these crops will be in attendance as sponsors to answer any questions.
