Pam and Scott Bissett along with daughters Hailey, Lily and Elizabeth Bissett moved Bullock, NC in 2014 onto the homestead that they named Grassy Creek Farm. Coming from a long line of Hereford farmers, Pam moved to Bullock with the goal of going back to her farming roots. Over the years, the small Hereford operation has grown into Hereford, Waygu, Birkshire pork, poultry, and recently opened Farm and Table Market - a storefront to sell their meat and other farm-fresh products.
