The North Carolina Cooperative Extension, Granville County Center, will host an opportunity for pesticide applicators to complete their annually required respirator fit test on January 22, beginning at 9:00 a.m., at the Granville County Extension Office, located at 125 Oxford Loop Road, Oxford, NC 27565. 

To ensure an efficient and orderly process, participants must register in advance for a 20-minute appointment time slot. Participants are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to complete all necessary paperwork.

The cost for the respirator fit test is $30.00. If you have not completed the required medical clearance prior to the fit test, medical clearance will be available for an additional $25.00, for a total cost of $55.00 for both services. Credit cards and checks are accepted. Please make checks payable to the NC Agromedicine Institute. 

Participants should bring their own respirator, if available, and must be clean-shaven on the day of the fit test to ensure proper fitting.
