Meal planning and making changes to your recipes are two very important steps to stretching your food budget and eating healthier. During this program, participants will receive ideas on how to adapt recipes, use leftovers, plan your meals, and still be food safe. On Monday, November 19th, join us at the Oxford Senior Center at 10:45 a.m. for our first chance to attend the Recipe Rehab workshop. If you cannot attend then, we will be at the South Granville Senior Center in Creedmoor on Friday, November 30th beginning at 10:30 a.m. In addition to meal planning and recipe changes, learn what to do with all those holiday leftovers!
