Are you a forest landowner? Do you have questions about the legacy of your forestland? Would you like to learn more about forest management practices and chainsaw safety? These topics and more will be featured through presentations, demonstrations, and field visits at a Forestry Field Day on November 2, 2018. The event kicks off at 8 a.m. at the Vance County Regional Farmers Market and will end at 12:30 p.m. A light breakfast and snacks will be provided. This event is a collaboration between the offices of N.C. Cooperative Extension of Granville, Vance, and Warren, as well as the NC Forest Service.
